1. Orders & Payments

• All keepsakes are handmade to order and require full payment before work begins.
• Prices are subject to change, but you will always be informed of any updates before placing an order.

2. Materials & Customer-Supplied Fabrics

• Customers provide their own sentimental fabrics for each keepsake.
• Fabrics must be clean and in good condition to ensure the best results.
• While we take the utmost care when handling your materials, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss in transit.

3. Handmade Process & Product Disclaimer

• Each keepsake is handmade, meaning no two will be identical.
• Keepsakes are not CE tested and are intended for decorative purposes only, not as toys.
• Safety eyes and noses are used, but these items may not be suitable for young children.
